A second dose shouldn't be a problem. It's not something you should do every day, but once in a while isn't gonna kill you. 😊 have you tried getting an app that reminds you and you can mark whether you've taken it or not already?

You should get one of those pill containers with sections for each day of the week then. 😂 Then if that day's pills are still there, you'll know you haven't taken it
