Some days my nipples feel like they are being rubbed with razor blades. The cold makes them hurt worse. I haven't found relief.

@db413, it's annoying. I want to rub them but I can when I'm out in public. It may be my bra irritating them also. I really don't like to wear clothes anymore lol but I have to have them on to go to work each day 😌😂

@jazmanboyd2, it's very annoying. I usually find that holding my arms against them helps a little bit for quick short term relief. And it's more acceptable in public to cross your arms. Lol

I've been using this dermatology cream for my right nipple and its only my right!! The left one has been good. Lol its weird. Just have to try and find the right cream for you.

Oh and the type of bras you wear may affect it too. I let my breasts be free at night so they can get some air and freedom. Lol
