okay so i am 11 weeks pregnant with my first child. before i had 3 miscarriages. any tips for me? anything is appreciated
@mrs.a that's what I've heard its just right now i can't really get comfortable.
They say sleeping on your left side is best, it improves circulation to the heart which is best for the baby and your organs. @bayleisnipes0121,
Nope you can sleep on your stomach until it's uncomfortable to you. Also if you don't @ whoever you are replying to they won't see that you replied.
yeah i can't really sleep on my back because i have seizures and it really bothers them. I've just always heard its not good to sleeo on my stomach.
You can sleep any way you want. You can sleep on your stomach until it starts becoming uncomfortable for you. Sleeping on your stomach won't hurt the baby, he/she is well protected in there. You can sleep on your back up until around 20 weeks when they recommend sleeping on your side instead of your back. (Except I could only get comfortable on my back up until I was like 35 weeks and I was always fine, lol then I could only get comfortable on my sides)
Sleep how ever your comfortable there's really no right way just when you're far into the second trimester it will be hard to sleep on your back you can pass out
Keep active, stay hydrated, take your prenatals, eat healthy, go to your doc appts, and most of all ENJOY YOUR PREGNANCY. It's a beautiful thing!! That's about all you need to know lol
best sleep positions. im usually the type to lay on my stomach and sleep
Please, my number one tip is DO NOT LET ANY STRESS GET NEAR YOU!!! That was part of the reason why I lost my last baby so please avoid ANY TYPE OF DRAMA. Eat good, take a lot of walks, drink a lot of water, go to bed early because pregnancy takes a lot out of you! My doctor has told me personally to NOT sleep on my stomach idk if it was just a general thing or just directed for me but that's what I was advised and I felt better not doing it anyway. You can still have sex, if you notice blood after just go to the ER to double check if it's not a miscarriage. Do not lift ANYTHING HEAVY!! Sleep on your left side it's good for the baby and your heart. This is also a personal tip from me, if you clean your house with store bought products you might not be able to take the smell so what I do is I clean with vinegar and it works just as good as regular cleaning products. Sorry this is so long lol @bayleisnipes0121
