Hi ladies! My name is Christie and I am new to this group. I am really struggling lately. I was diagnosed with ppd in august and then diagnosed with bipolar in march. My life just seems to be crashing around me. I am battling my own demons inside and I feel like I'm losing. I just want/need help. Any suggestions are much appreciated. What do you do when you're feeling low?

I'm just trying to take it one day at a time. Some days are definitely much harder than others! I've been struggling myself and I just have to keep reminding myself to breathe.
