Breastfeeding Mommies: what tea have you guys tried to help support milk production? I've been drinking mother's milk tea but not a big fan on the licorice taste.

Anyone use the “Mothers Milk” tea?

kaywray I use it! My milk supply is low no matter what I do, so we’re still supplementing

I drink Milky Mamas tea & lemonades. They're only online though unfortunately.
