Cool bath, Motrin if it's really high, cool compress for their head.

How high is the fever? My son was running a low grade fever when we went to the Dr and he said as long as Logan isn't acting sick or in pain not to do anything. It'll just slow his body down from fighting it on its own.. I still gave him Motrin at night though just in case
