Anyone else feel bad when someone tells you their child's name or what they're gonna name their child and you hate it so…

I hate my name

LeAnn ..... People say, lean, lamb, leanna, leena, its just annoying lol. Oh or they say lann.....

I love my daughters name Bree, its short, its a nickname in itself, its easy to say lol.

My ex husbands previous girlfriend named their child zoey mckenzleigh. And they call her kenzleigh. It drove me absolutely crazy! Why name your child that whole name and then just call her by half of her middle name?

I know someone who spelled her babies middle name Mahreigh. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I usually say something like...oh that's so unique. Lol

Yea! My Aunt is a teacher and some of the names these poor kids have is horrible. The best one is Pajama. Just like what you wear to bed. The story was her mom was looking through a catalog and saw it in a page and loved the name. My Aunt was like, are you serious?? Like, the page with pajamas.

I swear some people just should not be allowed to name children 🙄

@kmharr3 Yes! I especially adding silent letters to names that don't need them! Or double Y's for no reason like in "Tayylor" I knew a person who spelled it like that

Most of the time it's not the name that makes me cringe it's the spelling. Why make something so easy so hard
