This is a little TMI so don't readif you don't want to.
I have itchy boobs. They are so itchy that I cannot stop myself from scratching them. It's both boobs. It happened out of no where about 2 days ago. My nipples are itchy too but not like the surroundung skin. I don't breast feed. I haven't changed my detergent. I get eczema on my hands but have never had it anywhere else. The rash is elevated and blotchy and red. There's no swelling of my entire boob only where I've been scratching and my nipples aren't leaking. I'm freaking myself out. I was on the verge of tears today because I have no idea what's going on. I just want it to go away. Has anyone ever had anything like this??

@eze.love well I get itchy in other places like my legs and my back but it doesn't break out in a rash. Maybe because they're coverd in a bra and maybe sweat more that other parts of my body. I don't know but I need to stop googling it because all it gives me is cancer. And I'm freaking out

@mommy1991 yeah google is not your friend..the rash could be because you scratch too much and the skin on your boobs is pretty sensitive... try rubbing with something cold to ease the itchiness.. might help

@ev14 It's driving me nuts. And when I scratch it get's worse and it swells and it looks awful. Putting a bra on sucks. I wear sports bras but now I have to get cotton ones so they can breathe you know? I don't know how people deal with this on a regulat basis

@brynsmommie It's driving me crazy. If I was breast feeding it would make sense but I'm not so it's freaking me out a little bit

Its horrible!! Ive tried many creams to get it to stop but they are all temporary then it comes back full force. When I had my son, I was doing so well breast feeding. They said its fine for it to be there & breastfeed, but to just watch for it getting infected. I couldnt continue with breast feeding because I couldnt stand not being able to put anything on it & him feeding every hour :(
Celena·
Him feeding made it burn & itchy 20x more!

@ev14 try coconut oil! It's is giving me some relief at the moment. I put it on in the morning when I wake up. In the afternoon and before bed. Also when I get out of the shower because it moisturizes. If you do it every day it might keep it at bay longer

@ev14 i have eczema on my hands and it drives me nuts. I can't imagine having it on my nipples

I've tried coconut oil & it didnt help any :( Its calmed down alot now. I have eczema everywhere. Hands, sides, creases of my arms, back of my legs 😣😣😣 I finally have my appointment with the dermatologist on Monday!!

Im so sensitive to literally anything. All this started after the birth of my daughter nearly 3 years ago. Ive been doing a good job at managing it, but the money that ive been spending on steroid creams is crazy. I dont want to be on them anymore

@ev14 I suggest you ask for elecom the white cream in the tube not ointment absorbs better. I have it, my eldest daughter too and use cetaphil body wash and for lotion we use raw Shea butter purest form. It comes in a clear tube usually yellow or white. I have had eczema since the age of 4 and had really bad episodes especially back of neck (use to bleed an ooze) 😬.. so you can ask dermatologist about it too. alot are reluctant to give cortisone cream in face and for long periods of time because it thins the skin out and I had that issue in my inner elbow crease 😖.. doesn't look bad but look kinda like a stretch mark but has gotten better over the years. haven't used that cream in over a decade 😉 @mommy1991 @brynsmommie @eze.love just good info to have regardless if you have it or not may help someone else 😊
