It could be anything! If it's a perfect circle it could be ring worm but the picture in the comments does not look like ring worm. What was he doing today? Did it just pop up today?
@cheyenne.frazier, he's had it for a little while. He has had sensitive skin his whole life. I just recently started using baby oil to help his dry skin, I think I need to quit using it😑
My son has been getting the same thing and we've been getting further testing at the doctors. I believe it's a milk protein allergy or some other food allergy but won't know till they send me to a specialist. Cortisone cream helps with the rash
It could be eczema or he could have a very small allergy to something. Talk to your doctor. My daughter has sensitive skin too luckily we haven't had to deal with and rashes but she has molluscum and the lightest touch turns her skin read lol it's awful. Hope he gets better momma
