UGH! I'm still 2cm, but my OB was happy reguardless because Kai dropped down some more and she felt his head. She says I should be 3cm next week. If only I could dilate more a little bit faster . Any ideas ladies ? Don't reccomend sex because that's not really an option.

At 36 weeks you're doing good. I was dilated zero at 37 weeks and at 38 weeks I delivered. It took her a while to gain weight because she was two weeks early. And my daughter was three weeks early and she struggled with jaundice so you are doing good. 😊😊

@mamabear22, you're still good! Lol It seems forever but my baby is 3 1/2 months already and I miss being pregnant. But I know what you mean. It's so exciting to meet the baby!!!

Bounce on a birthing ball. That helped to my second pregnancy from 3cm to 6.5cm from over night. Had baby next day. First pregnancy I walked a few hours and went into labor the next day.

You can also do squats.
