So my SO works 8 hours some times 10 hour shifts (overnight) 5 days a week. I work 4 hour shifts 5 days a week AND take care of the baby. This guy hangs out smokes drinks works out and then sleeps. Like really you cant make time for us because your tired?!? Im tired too but I still make time. Im tryna get him to realize he gotta learn to juggle work and home. Am I asking for too much from him or does he need to step up??? Am I not being understanding? ?

@kaylamoye1, you are right! It's hard being a parent and he needs to help with those responsibilities or you'll get burned out

No you are right.... im in the same situation... they need to learn how to make time for the family. If we moms did what they did people will say we do t deserve to be mothers. But no we work, and take carr of the house and the kids and babies and gotta find at least 3o min to workout and most times we feel guilty for that 30 min!!. No, men need to get it the fuck together.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.

is it wrong of me to be upset my bf works a lot? he works 6 days a week, nights. & on his day off he sleeps all day. i never see him, spend time with him, i’m not intimate with him, nothing. i only get help from him when he’s awake bc he wants to be left alone to sleep which is understandable. he gets mad i complain that he works too much. & i was talking to a girl at my job about it and she said i shouldn’t be mad bc he’s making money & told me who wouldn’t want their man making money? & it’s not even about that it’s the fact i’m a single mom 6 days a week and never spend time w my bf. am i wrong for being upset or should i be happy he’s working a lot?
