When did you all's LO start sitting up on their own unsupported?

My son is 6 months today and is still not sitting unsupported 🤦🏻‍♀️ I read to just let him keep wobbling without a pillow so he will learn to catch himself. We've been practicing for 2 weeks and he's getting stronger ^_^

My son just started. He's nearly 5 1/2 months

My preemie was 8 months (6 months adjusted)
