What are your opinions about epidural? I was thinking to go more for a natural approach, like breathing techniques and soft music, but after stories that I've heard, I'm not sure if that's the way to go. What do you think?
It's great to hear guys opinion I guess I just have to do more research and make my final decision
I've had three epidural and one completely natural birth no pain relief at all and in my experience I enjoyed my natural birth the most ! It all depends on how much you can tolerate the pain ; I breathed through all of my contractions and that really helped ! Whatever suits you best at the time
I'm so happy I didn't do an epidural. I've heard lots of people having back pain for years because of it. Hoping not to this time too. Also a plus as soon as you have baby you can get up and shower and stuff
I don't think I could push my baby out without epidermal...but with my last lid the epidermal failed and I half way could feel the pain
@victoria_rodriguez93, exactly everyone is different I have talked to a few women who said it never kicked in for them
@fasciamom, I guess it's just the way the body accepts the medicine, it's insane!
@mommysbabies, I've been hearing about breathing issues with epidurals, I guess it's just how my body reacts to it
@cb958805, I think that's the scary part about it you just never know what will happen during labor!
I wasn't able to do it without my epidural, and even with the epidural I still could feel some pain cuz it's gravity based.
I just did IV pain meds only pushing part that I really felt was it felt like an Indian burn by the time I wanted an epidural there was no time to get one because I didn't want one at first because my mom had one in the hospital she was working out at the time and the epidural shot up her back instead of going down and it actually cause some breathing issues
My sister 1st she did epidural her other 2 natural she said no difference, you body was ment for this! In Jesus day Lol! They didn't have epidural. I had c section I'm hoping vbac with my second
See I have really bad asthma. I had the epidural with my first. I had relatively no asthma issues during labor. With my second, the epidural never kicked in. I was gasping for air and my O2 dropped into the 80's. If I had to base it of just that particular experience, I would go with thd epidural.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
With my son i had no issues. With my daughter my left left was numb til 3 months after she was born. It was Very hard to do everything
