How do I find out if my medicade covers dental??? And can you get braces when your pregnant???

Call them they can tell you if they do

Do I call health and human services?

Mine covers dental. But I wouldn't think they would cover braces. Just because it isn't a necessary thing.

But I could be wrong. I would just call the number on the card they sent you!

@chelseywhitley123, I don't know anything about Medicade but if u only have it for ur pregnancy u need to think about you may be in braces for years but your only pregnant for 9 months. I had braces twice once for 4.5 years and again for 7months. This was in the 90's and early 2000 neither time did insurance cover any part of my braces. My insurance now does cover a portion but I have excellent dental coverage now that I have had everything u could possibly have done to my mouth 😬

It covers braces, but those with severe cases. They go based off points if you meet the requirements they cover. I'm an registered dental assistant that worked at a medicare office.

Mine covered dental. But only up to 500$
