I have to have ice! I bought a reusable cup with a straw and it seems to help me a ton. Just constantly sip throughout the day. Good luck!

@melindaflowers929, yea id rather something sweet or maybe even gatorade rather then water its so unattractive an unflavorful lol plus i dont have encouragement although i know i gotta be my own woman i know a bit of encouragement would help me 😔

Juice will be naturally about 50% water. But only if your drinking 100% juice. Soda isnt proven to dyhydrate you, but it doesnt help hydrate you either so try to cut that out as much as possible if you can. Milk is about 50% water as well. Ive found its the fastest way to rehydrate myself in the middle of the night. Flavored waters will work. Lemonade is mostly water so that can keep you hydrated to. Also, if you eat fruits a decent amount its easy to stay hydrated that way. Seeing as how fruits and veggies are mostly made up of water. Eating ice also works. However, with that being said drinking water is the best way. Even so any of the other things ive mentioned will help.
Clear American Water. They come in many flavors. 68 cents at Wal-Mart, it's the only way I get my intake
Im the same way been drinking lemonade ever since i had my son last month...i know its isnt good to just drink that alone but im kinda sick of water and that has never been me
I try to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day but sometimes I don't make it that far
Am the same way to but I can only intake ice water that's the only way
