I've always known that hand expressed milk is fattier than pumped milk, but I've never actually took the time to observe the differences in my personal time until now. Well, check this out. The left is pumped, the right is hand expressed.

what works better to get more milk? A hand pump or a electric pump?
I'm weaning my baby girl from breastfeeding and going to formula at 3 months old. She's not wanting to take the boob and I can't afford a breast pump, I've been literally hand expressing since she was a week old and now every time I express, my hands cramp up.
HELP!! last time I breast fed was when my baby was about 2 months old and my milk supply is basically almost gone now. I didn't pump or hand express ever since and all I get is a very very low amount of milk that comes out. when I try to hand express not even a single drop comes out. the milk is barely even there! Is there a way I can get my milk going again? can pumping help increase it once again? I'm really desperate!! 😰
