What are other great replacements for a crib? I'm debating weather or not to get a crib since my first born NEVER used it ! Is there something as comfy for a baby?

Where else can I buy cribs beside Amazon eBay and babies r us/ toys r us? I'm looking for a simple convertible crib nothing too pricey.
