I dehydrated mine and made it into truffles you couldn't even tell it was in there @mrs.collins

It's so beneficial ! It helps return the uterus to its size, restores iron levels, helps with PPD, and more! I can personally tell you it was so helpful and I regret not doing it with my third. I got PPD so bad. Do your research it will blow your mind

I couldn't do it.. I just couldn't lol there's a place I heard that dehydrates it and puts it in capsules I heard tho

It's supposed to help with ppd and have a bunch of nutrients in it
