A boppy pillow is my son's best friend and our most used item besides his car seat. I also have a baby carrier for those times a stroller is just too much. Go ahead and get first aid things like Vaseline, rubbing alcohol, gripe water(or gas drops). Gripe water will serious save your life. It is good for gas and hiccups, all natural and can be used at or before(ask your pediatrician) 2 weeks.
