Save it all. If your feeding her on breast it comes in faster. Pumping isn't as effective. Your doing amazing!!! That's actually really good. Keep doing what your doing. If you can feed her on breast, I would Bcuz that'll work wayyy faster than a pump!

@deja2017, ok I understand I'm sorry. Well it looks like ur doing great that's actually a lot for such a young baby like the other ladies are saying baby stomach is so small don't give up

@deja2017, you're doing great... doctors and lactation consultants needs to understand that it takes time and patiences.. my bf's mother was telling me to just bottle feed her with formula ... I rather breastfeed it's better and protects them from getting sick. Continue what you're doing and try to eat and drink a lotttt because once that milk comes in girlllll your baby will drain you out.. don't stress yourself out.. when baby eats you eat... have a large glass of water or milk or juice, just drink a lot so you do not get dehydrated. Believe me girl you don't want to feel dehydrated.

Save it all! The baby's stomach is the size of a marble so that will do so much more than you think! You are doing great it will come it give it some time. The more often you try the better. My baby was so small we had to supliment too and it never effected my milk supply. I still combination feed and produce lots of milk

@tashyyyy I'll try anything. My eating might be an issue too since I don't have much of an appetite now but I'm gonna try everything. Thanks for encouraging me 😊 Doctors and lactation consultants made it sound like this late on the game I should probably just stop but now that I know something is coming out I will keep trying 😁

Sorry... my milk didn't come in until she was 3 weeks old and it increased when my daughter was 2 months however my doctor prescribe me Domperidone to help increase milk supply I was also drinking mothers milk tea which I felt it helped a little for me .. everyone is different so don't worry just feed feed feed ... breastfeed her one side and pump the next and just continue to rotate and you will see..

Your breastmilk will come in, don't worry yourself and feed your baby what is in the bottle.. anything that you get is very important... my milk didn't come in until my daughter was almost 2 months so I was also giver her formula. Just keep breastfeeding no matter what, your milk will increase as long as your baby is latched on correctly and your little one is actively sucking. Trust me I was depressed about my milk supply my daughter was loosing weight to a point she was admitted for a week and a few days. Eventually my breastmilk increased remarkable but it took sometime for me.. t also depends on what you eat as well. We are suppose to add an extra 500 calories on top. I barely ate it was very hard to do anything in the beginning but it got better and better as days went by and now my daughter is chunky. You're doing an amazing job, be proud of yourself girl.

Colostrum. Save it all! doesn't matter if it's a little amount. Its the best thing for your baby. I done the same as you. My milk supply came in about the 5th day when I stayed on the pumping every 2 to 4 hours

Save every drop. Why do u have to supplement, and why are u pumping when ur baby is only 4 days old? Baby needs mama and mama needs baby god designed our bodies to work together @deja2017,
