Weight watchers was my solution... nothing is forbidden, they just teach you how to make healthier choices a part of your everyday life... then you learn how to eat and not punish yourself... if you really want a piece of cake, you splurge your weekly points, and eat some cake!

@towens921, I think you can go sit through a meeting for free, and talk to people about it before you join! I had lost about 38lbs before I got pregnant with this baby... my husband still goes... so I sometime still attend meetings with him, I'm excited to start back once I have the baby, and the doctor gives me the all clear! They have a modified program for women who are breastfeeding!
