I have a major tooth ache im 32 weeks i dont have oragel what can i use please help

Break a Tylenol in half, put it in between your lip and the tooth that hurts and let it dissolve. Taste nasty, but really does help.

Take 2 Tylenol 500 mg ,

Clove oil if you have any

@chyannalloyd509, boiled tea bag bite down on it only gives seconds of relief but I can do it over and over I even microwave it in a little water over and over
