@desi720 I really hope so too...i trust the lady so much since she had my older 2 but she has a new assistant i dnt know at all... and ur absolutely right I damn well pay over 800 a month and kenzie is the only infant there. And then a part of doesn't want to offend her bc ive know her so long i consider her a part of the fam...my older kids still call her aunty (dont want to put her last name out there)

@mrs_spectaculus, so sorry your doing the right thing by looking into it. If I had to choose daycare I would be in there ass all the time. Because that's when they do there best with your child to shut you up. You pay lots of money and your baby should not be crying her poor little lungs out I really hope that is not the case.

It may be the current staff...maybe talk to the owner about your concerns so they can address it with the whole staff.
