Don't take this the wrong way but your not his parent you can't tell him to go then dictate how long, what to do, or not to do. Does he get out often with his friends? Rather he's a father or not my husband and I have date night, and monthly outings with our friends without each other. Idk why ppl give so much power to their children. Are 6 kids are very well taken care of and we deserve a life with friends to. Just relax and trust that everything is ok! Watch the advice you take from here.

And you honestly thought he would be home before 12? You let him go and obviously while drunk and having fun he's going to come home late. You should have known that. You can't lock him out when YOU told him to go. Time doesn't matter, you're not his parent.
