I had a csection with my first baby and now only 6 months after I'm pregnant again. Where the scar is hurts like a bruise like someone punched me. Constantly. Is this something that needs to be looked at? I'm scared I won't be able to carry the baby to term if I didn't heal all the way :/

It's best to talk to your doctor about this. I hope you feel better and have an easy pregnancy. Congratulations.

Talk to your OB but it's most likely just pain from the scar tissue stretching. Many women complain about having discomfort at their incision when they become pregnant again, some even after a few years have passed.

I don't believe so, it's pretty common to feel pain in it for up to a year after birth regardless of pregnancy so I'd say as long as it's not bleeding or leaking anything like infection then you're probably okay to wait til you can talk to your OB :)

@canaryv, I got less than 2 weeks for an ultrasound so I can wait ☺️

Oh yeah, it should be fine til then :) just listen to your body and if it becomes worse or unbearable then go in (:
