How do u begin to teach your little one to self soothe and how long is to long to have baby crying... its currently been 10mins and shes still at but its time for morning napπͺ

I wouldn't go past a half hour. I stay in the room and comfort her every five minutes til she falls asleep and if she doesn't after 30 minutes I get her up and play or feed her and try again in another 20-30 minutes
