Co-sleeping, what's your thoughts on this and do you think it makes your child "spoiled"? If so do you regret it?
@ovanna.talavera yeah I miss cuddling with my boyfriend too. She has a Baskinet beside our bed. But she rarely sleeps in it.
@kmharr3 Nahla going on two months. I find it hard to sleep well with out her beside me. I just wish she won't grow up and tell me she want to sleep in her own room 😢
@nahla, no, we are very still sleepers, we do not move 😂 but I do want her to start getting used to sleeping alone, I do miss cuddling with my boyfriend, especially since we are getting a house and she will have her own room... or at least get her a side bed, like one that connects to our bed but has her own space
We co slept for the first month because we were to tired to walk them to their cribs, however
We didn't co sleep after the first month because I wanted my bed back with just my husand and I didn't want to worry about rolling on them. I don't think it "spoils" them but they might have a hard time transitioning to a crib because they are so use to sleeping with someone else.
@ovanna.talavera yeah. Its so comfortable. Did you ever get scared about SIDS? People kept telling me not to sleep with her cause of SIDS and her ended up spoiled if nothing happens to her from sleeping with me
@nahla, well I mean when my daughter was a new born, she slept with me because my boyfriend works in another state so I would have her sleep with me, and when she got hungry that's exactly what I did too pop my boob in her mouth...I got used to her sleeping with me...I love it
@ovanna.talavera She sleeps through the night beside me. And she still gets two naps during the day. We both get our sleep and I don't have to worry about anything else other than plopping my boob in her mouth if wakes up hungry.
I don't think it's wrong, my daughter co-slept with us at 4 months to 7 months because she had a nasty cough and we were scared that something might happen in our sleep if we didn't hear her, and at 21 months we still sleep with her 😂
@nahla exactly and everyone is like that with they first so continue to do what's best and works for you.
@asunaking15 True. I believe that she has colic. She's great until gets around five. It's like all hell broke loose and its hard to calm her down. And to be honest, I don't care if I spoil her. She's my first and I just want to love on her as much as I can.
A month and a half is kind of soon for her to be spoiled in my opinion and so what about what others say she your baby I held my babies all the time that small and I didn't let them cry all the time either
@asunaking15 People keep telling me I messed up letting her sleep with me and holding her when she cries. That I'm the reason why she cries all the time 😑 I love my baby, and I love sleeping with her cause I know she's okay beside me. But could she really be spoiled only at a month and a half?
It depends I co-sleeped with all my babies and by 1 they are in their own bed but so far me and my husband slacked really bad on my 3years old cause she still co-sleeped with us
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
@nahla, yea that happens
