Hey momas quick question soo when u decide to formula feed from the start is the formula they give you in the hospital warmed up somehow or is baby jus drinking simi cold milk?? Scratching my head🤷🏽♀️
I have always breastfeed from the beginning!🍀Best of luck to you hun!🌺
@sixplusones idk why but my daughter didnt like it. It looks darker too
I had my breast done and it adds to the reason I don't want to do it
I always us powder and leave it room temp but some babies like it a little warm and the formula they give you in the hospital is in little bottles oh don't heat that you just put a nipple on the little bottles and shake @sixplusones,
@kaylamoye1, an no i dont wanna breastfeed i think even one day may get her hooked🤦🏼♀️🤷🏽♀️😂
@kaylamoye1, yea even when i formula fed my one yr old before he was one yr i used warm water so now with them giving ready made formula im wondering if shes gonna like it
@redd_gurl, thats a good thing u should it helps stop ur bleeding after birth quicker an it helps shrink ur uterus an other stuff that got stretched out doing pregnancy
@redd_gurl, yea breast feeding is ruff on us but best for baby n it does help us heal faster but i have 6 kids an breast fed five of them an it drained me i was so tired an skinny, i was supposed to eat/drink to replenish myself but i was too tired an even when i did eat ah bit the baby sucked it out so quick so now im like god I really dont wanna breastfeed period not even a day plus leakin milk every where from engorgement it jus alot that i dont wanna deal with
I stopped BF because I kept getting engorged and it started to hurt bad. I probably was doing something wrong
Oh no lol I thought you were asking like that 2 or 3 days you're in the hospital. I beeastfed for 1 month and switched to bottle feeding. I always warm her bottles up even if its hot in the room. My daughter doesnt like cold bottles
@sixplusones, I don't know if I can get myself to the breastfeeding point 🤦🏽♀️ I going to try my best at least the first 3 days.. Big Try 😩
I'd say do it :) your milk is the perfect temp for baby
@kaylamoye1, @redd_gurl, @luceromommy, hmm that bothers me i may have to jus breast feed because i dont feel like my babies gonna like room temp milk, hospital room temp feels cool to me an I always have to turn things up ah bit in there😂
Breastfeeding.
I am a HUGE breastfeeding advocate. No, I will NOT shame you if you decide to formula feed, and will not tolerate anyone else doing so on my post. Everyone has their own reasons on why they feed their child the way they see fit.

Today’s topic: introducing solids.
I’ll do another about what is ok for feeding, but for now let’s focus on the *when*.
Solids are anything beyond breastmilk or formula. This includes: cereals, juices, purée, etc.
Not only is 6 months an important milestone, but there are also other factors that should ALL be met before introducing: sitting unsupported, loss of tongue thrust, pincher grasp are huge. These ensure your baby isn’t at risk for, amongst other things, choking. Baby being intereste...
When can I start giving my son regular milk? He turns 10 months in 2 days. I bought unsweetened almond milk yesterday so he can try. Would that be okay? I’m lowkey tired of him on formula but I mean he’s still a baby lol.

Does anyone know what else works for a bad diaper rash ?? Idk why my baby is pooping so much but she poops at least 3-4 times after each feed & its making her rash worst. I dab when i clean her instead of wiping to avoid from irritating it & ive even tried changing the kind of formula twice. The poop is not even alot its probably like 2 or 3 little wet drops on the diaper but i feel so bad because i know that it hurts her. & ive triedd all these products !!

???????????? I went to the restroom for just a couple minute...... My son got my daughters formula off of the counter and now its all over the floor. I want to cry. It was all I had right now. And it was a brand new can.
@pnkbuttafly234, exactly thats y i turn up my heat in my room, idk where ppl get the fact of room temp, hospital is usually colder in general to keep down germs
