TMI Question! When I was drying off, I noticed a water like substance of my nipple. I lightly squeezed my breast just to see if it was actually coming out of my breast or if it was just a water spot. Its slightly sticky, and It's hard to see in the picture, but it's mostly clear with a slight yellowish tint to it! What could this be? Also my breasts do feel heavier than normal and my nipple are extremely sensitive but not the rest of my breast.

Okay good, I just wanted to make sure it wasn't a sign or labor or anything! I had a friend who started leaking and a couple days later her water broke! It's way too early for me to have him!

I started at 13 weeks. And it was still colostrum and not milk when baby was born

Your body produces it. You will still produce it when baby is born. TMI but my SO would keep them empty so I didn't leak...not for everyone but it works for us
