Wet nurses used to be a common thing but has obviously died down quite a bit. I was going to with my niece because she is EBF and I wanted to have a play date over night and my sister was fine with it since she knows that both babies would have been fed beast milk but her husband wasn't ok with me taking her over night

Maybe if it was my sister and I was desperate but other then that no.

Same formula is a last resort

@cubanese, thats actually a decent plan. I wonder if you could get donor milk only if a mother couldn't breastfeed and doesn't want formula

If I really had to I would because I wouldn't want my baby to be hungry but if I don't have to and I was able to breastfeed then no I wouldn't
