Rest and drink lots of water can help stop them. And according to my OB, you are not too early. He said they can start as early as 12 weeks, especially if it is not your first pregnancy.
I had read on one of my pregnancy apps that Braxton hicks starts around 6 weeks, but you don't feel them until the second trimester. I've never been there so I can't tell you from personal experience, but everyone is different and some people don't get them at all. Try not to stress!! And if you're really worried call the ob and ask what you can do to stop them, if there is anything ❤️

Probably not Braxton. Round ligament and cramping is normal at that point. As long as there's no blood should be ok
