Ok so I told our landlord about the leak in the roof. He still hasn't came by to look at it and we are getting ready for bed. We told him about a tree that had fell on top of the house and he said ok. We have lived here for 3yrs in December pay our rent and take care of most of the maintenance he told us he would fix a window that is busted when we moved in still nothing. He told us he was replacing our back patio door as it is really hard to open and a hazard if we ever need to get out from it and still nothing. We have been told it's unsafe how our furnace is set and he still has t fixed anything. I'm at my ends with this man. He's my husbands sister in laws dad and I'm about to go get a lawyer and start taking care of this. We have paid him over 18,000 and he doesn't take care of anything. We was a day late paying rent because my husband works over night and we had a lot going on with dr appt and what not and let it slip by us and they tried charging us a 50$ late fee.
