ladies im a FTM and need you guys help.. i am 39 weeks and not dilating at all. i have done everything i have read up on.
During this pregnancy i worked 2 jobs till about 6 1/2 mths and thn work 1 job up until this monday since doc told me i had to stop.. mind u i walked to n frm work everyday n stood the whole 9hrs.
I've done squats, ate pineapple and of course having sex (in recommended positions).. i seriously dnt know what else to do..plz let me know ways that have helped other thn what i have tried already.

I've never seen it in the jug. I use a brand called traditional medicine and it is tea bags. That's all I've really ever seen. Make sure you get the red raspberry LEAF kind if you do try it and not raspberry fruit flavored tea. Hope it helps ya mama!

Try lemon drop cupcakes. They are called lemon drop inducing cupcakes. They will make you go into labor
@beebaby that's what i was thinking just wish i could somehow speed it up, but we on his time not ours right lol
@nerualauren i would really love to go natural so im hoping something happens soon,but either way as long as he comes out healthy i will b happy..
I was 41 weeks when they induced me, waited 18 hours to see if I would dilate and I didn't open up not 1 centimeter. So the doctors scheduled a cesarean.
