My son poops I swear like 20 times a day and idk what to do because it makes him so uncomfortable and upset.. he hates being changed and all the creams I use don't do much. Any suggestions?

My son had that problem turns out it was whole milk he's now on lactaid . Pooped very often and a constant diaper rash

Could he have a dairy issue? We use lactose free now and crazy how much his pooping changed!

He doesn't drink dairy milk anymore so I'm not sure what else it could be :/
