So your ok look go get you a bunch of dollar preg test take one tomorrow if the line is darker that means your hcg levels are rising and your pregnancy will continue I have had stomach aches and back aches really early too and it's normal and it's normal to worry I still worry about my baby and have had like 6 ultrasounds trust me I'm 33 and this is my 5th and I have misscarried so I know what to expect

Yeah but you really early won't see anything until your 7 weeks they will do the blood test make you come back in two days to see if your hcg levels are rising what makes you think something's wrong? Have you been to the doc at all

You will feel gassy stomach hurting sometimes when your early I know how you feel I started bleeding a week after I found out I was pregnant freaked out went to the hospital they did a ultrasound nothing was in my sac I cried and cried I had to wait a month even though bleeding went away to see my ob they did blood test checked my levels and they had risen then I had to wait 2 weeks for another ultrasound and there my baby was heartbeat and all just pray and have faith
