Anyone struggled with postpartum depression 4 months after delivery? I feel like I should be doing…

My daughter will be 10 months old next week and I still struggle.

Honestly idk if it's possible but I'm feeling like I have developed PPD this late ! I was fine at first then all of a sudden like a freight train bam I feel like a dark cloud over me

I was the same way. Just make sure you talk to your partner or anyone let them know whats going on dont keep it in.
