Just courius is ok to eat medium rare stake or is that bad for the baby

Nothing will happen unless the steak was made in an unsanitary way and carries food poisoning.

It honestly doesn't matter what u eat when your pregnant think about back then those people didn't have docters and they still delivered beautiful baby now a days people who get pregnant freak out and think there handicapped your fine girl don't worry

they say to eat everything well done . but i always eat my steak medium well . medium rare is probably pushing it .
