My hubby broke down to me yesterday, he cried and said "I've been here from the beginning she is mine and I want her to know only me as her daddy and now this horrible person is trying to rip her out from under us" I don't know why this is happening to us I wish my ex would just go away he is not mentally stable and I'm so afraid of him getting time with her, literally broke my heart to see my hubby so tore up, that's a pain that I couldn't imagine. I pray God is on my side. 😭❤️

I have a friend going through crap with her sperm donor she has to do visitation which she hates because he told her to abort her daughter which is awful because we all knew how much she wanted to be a mommy and her fertility struggles and her husband asked to adopt her and the court won't let him because her sperm donor won't sign his rights over but her daughter calls him dad because that's her biological father but her husband is daddy he is the one that does everything for her dad just made her and that's how she explained it to her she knows her dad didn't want her here on this earth she tries to be honest with her kids but does it in a way a six year old can understand

@mommysbabies, it's so awful! I don't know why men are like that! Well not men but sperm donors! Our judge in our area is literally always for the man and I won't be able to live with myself I can't imagine waking up without her home.

If you have proof that he is an unfit parent. They might only give him supervised visits. @proudmomma7 if he is mentally unstable then that might just be what he gets, supervised visits.
