Moms what can this be? Its actually dark red in color and skin is peeling round it. Taking her to the doc tomorrow

Is it ingrown, maybe? I'm blind so I can't see too well, I had to zoom all the way in 😅 Could also be kinda like a hangnail. I get them on my toes sometimes and they look like that.

It could just be like a hangnail type thing then. The skin around our toes is thicker, so if that's the case, then that's probably why it looks that way.

Do you have a better pic of the actual skin? It's hard to see it for me anyway...

Could be a bite of some sort. I've had spider bites that's dark red and the skin peels around it from the venom. Kinda dry looking. I'll post a pic of my most recent bite if you want to see what it looked like. It got pretty bad looking.

@brittxxdee, I didn't have any pain with mine either. It looked painful but wasn't.

@morganmommy79, OMG mama!! How is it doing now? Is that how it currently looks? And hers as of today feels like crusty but its still reddish/ purplish color
