@autumnsmomma125 ❤️ I've been struggling with it and I always put it off cause I didn't think much of it. I'm so glad I finally went. I guess I was afraid they'll judge but they are going to help me.

Just tell them how youre feeling so they can help you. I take depression meds and have since i was 12 and they help! When i dont take them i feel like shit emotionally.
