Is it normal to spot light red/orange blood after 4 weeks? I don't want to have a miscarriage...is there anything I can do to prevent it?

You can't prevent a miscarriage. I think you should talk to your ob

Yes it's light..I only notice it when I wipe or a little in my underwear if I'm wearing white or a light color

Its probably implantation bleeding which is normal as long as it is light.
