There's these wipes called water wipes that work wonders for an irritated bum bum

Don't use baby wipes. Use wet viva paper towels and ask her pediatrician for ointment recommendations. Our hospital makes a one of a kind ointment that's $25 for 2 oz...it works like a miracle though!
