I need advice or some help. I'm experiencing some bleeding when I wipe and cramping. The bleeding is almost like a menstrual flow. I'm 7 weeks pregnant.

Implantation bleeding What is everyone's experience with it? I'm 9dpo and last night i had pink streaked cm and this afternoon i had some brown discharge. Does this sound like ib?
Need some reassurance. TMI sorry in advance. I stopped bleeding about ten days ago when my baby was 5 and a half weeks. Husband and I have been having unprotected sex using withdrawal method since about 4 weeks PP, and I'm exclusively breastfeeding. Yesterday I randomly had some light spotting it was clear discharge with pink to red streaks. I'm freaking out that it was implantation bleeding!! Has anyone had this happen to them? Tell me your experience? I'll be okay with being pregnant IF that's what it was, but I'd prefer not having my fifth baby so Soon after my fourth! Lol. Thanks guys!
I could really use some opinions. I'm stumped and dh is no help.

UPDATE: The ultrasound was fine, there was an heartbeat as well. They are wanting me to come back in next week for another one just to see how everything is going. @luceromommy @smash6684 @raquely @ilovemyking
