I used then last pregnancy . Soo much easier than pills

i did in the beginning because the pills made me too sick . but they don't have enough iron in them & im anemic so i had to start taking regular ones

I did for a little while but the taste made me sick so I just used regular prenatals

I did but didn't after them in my car and they melted together, lol went back to pills that don't melt

so can I take iron separately? And take these @sims.krista

i couldn't use them first trimester because i got sick of the taste but i can use them again and i prefer them and i love them

@bellygang, yes that's what they recommend to me at first but i jus switched to the pills lol .

I take these and an iron supplement such as feosol

Recommended by my doctor because I am low on iron :)

I took them up till like 8weeks then stopped bc couldn't handle them I'm taking folic acid tho now until I feel better I'll start taking these again
