@liv.ola, psshhhh doctors suck lol! Honestly they put every single kid on the same timeline with everything & it's not right because all kids/ babies are different! Just give it a couple more months:]

@eviedoll GREAT to know, I feel better hearing that! The doc swears he should be able to go 9pm-6am without a bottle, most nights he's had 2 bottles in that time

Give her a bath and bottle then put her in her own bed and let her cry it out unfortunately..That's what I did with Jayden..and now he typically goes right to sleep on his own..But on nights like tonight where he is fighting sleep I let him cry it out and he usually passes out after 5-10 minutes

@liv.ola, he's still too young to sleep all night without a feeding. I would give him another 3/4 months before possibly sleeping through the night. My son was closer to 1 before finally sleeping through the night. There metabolisms are so fast!

@eviedoll yes, that was so hard! But worth it. He is 5m now, he still doesn't sleep through the night completely without eating though which is my current frustration, but he does go back to sleep. 😑 idk how to get him to eat more thru the day to prevent it, but he eats enough not too much, but idk I just gave that part up lol

It's normal. She's not going to hurt herself by crying. I know it's rough & your instincts are to just go get her but you have to stick to the plan. Go in every few minutes, rub her back, lay her back down if she's standing, tell her it's night night time & you love her & then leave. Wait 10 min or so & repeat. Eventually she will fall asleep but it could be a few hours.

I agree with @eviedoll the first few nights are the worst, but in a week you will be amazed at the process & it won't have seemed so bad

Unfortunately its going to take some crying. My doctor recommend leaving him there to cry himself to sleep, not soothing him & crap - no f that I couldnt take hearing him cry. I wouldn't turn the monitor on, leave him alone for 10-15 mins to cry. I'd go in just give him the pacifier, not say or do anything else, shut the door & leave. It is a bit annoying but they will catch on. Just dont get her up at all. If she needs changed keep her in bed. Then she will realize your not saving her from her bed

It's not easy but what worked for me was putting my son in his crib, he would cry, I would wait a few minutes go in & rub his back & then leave, wait a few minutes go back in & check on him give him more loves (without picking him up) & then leave the room. Continue process until they fall asleep & do not budge. After a few days my son would just sleep in his crib without any problems. But the process would go on for hours the first few days
