Okay so anyone with toddlers? I need help.... Like my son he is 2 and he keeps getting angry and hitting and screaming and nothing works or he will just look mad all the time I don't get it he was such a happy baby :( anyone have advice

My son responds best to time out. I don't know how, but he goes right there and doesn't budge. I used to time it, but now he sits there and tells me "mommy I'm ready to be a good boy" when he calms himself down. I've heard of people giving their kids a pillow to hit when they're upset-maybe that'll help if he can't find a better way to express his frustration. Just let him know that it's ok to be angry, but he has to try and tell you what's wrong instead of lashing out. I've always sat mine down and explained things after time outs and it seems to help him as time goes on.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

@slk620. I think his problem is he don't talk much so he can't really explain himself, but sometimes he will just come up and hit you out of no where, and I have done everything I can think of, idk what I have done I feel bad :/
