Night one:put on some white noise from youtube. The beginning of the night was the toughest. It was so tempting to just pick him up and take him to bed but I,we made it through the night. He only woke up once when he was officially asleep. He pretty much slept 8 hours. Better in his own bed. Ready for night two.
Isabelle is down for a nap too! We have to cry it out because that's really the only way she falls asleep, sadly. It breaks my heart, but every baby is different I suppose. We started last week just putting her in her bed for naps and stuff, and it was taking over an hour to get her to sleep. She's slowly making progress though! My boyfriend's brother has an 11 month old and we were talking yesterday, and he was like "It sucks at first, but it really only lasts for a couple of weeks at most. After that, it gets better."
I thought the same thing. That it was going to be worse than it was,but i went with the no cry approach.
Thomas needs to cuddle to sleep then he lets me put him down while he's awake but tired.
