Ok ladies really silly question I've had heartburn all day and now I feel like I'm gettin excess saliva in my mouth and need to swallow alot. Has anyone else experienced this?

The excess saliva is part of pregnancy? I didn't have that with my other pregnancy. It feels like I just need to keep swallowing then it gets worser cause I panic cause I'm scared its somethin serious
