Youll produce hinemilk (the milk after colostrum) 5-7 days after the babys born. Colostrum tends to be a goldish color, so when it starts lightening up you can simply just stop pumping/nursing. Allergy medicines that help dry up your nose can help dry up your breasts as well, just consult your doctor before taking anything.

@risakellogg, hmm how can i stop my milk from producing 🤦🏼‍♀️😔 i dont wanna breast feed it takes so much out of me i wanna pump the colostrum for her but thats about it
