My baby is 3 months old. He can roll over and hold his head up. Is it safe to let him sleep on his tummy unsupervised?

Hi i
If on the weekend ur unborn child's father get his son from his bm and barely answers his phone and don't text....what would u think? Do u think he's spending time with the bm as well or he just wants to spend time with His son without being bothered?
Prayers needed please My husband is on his way to his mothers house, and he has no idea when he gets there that he is going to find out his little brother killed himself thismorning.

Thank u. His Doctor told me not to at the hospital but they really scared us by telling everything was unsafe.

I would say put him in his back and if he rolls over to his tummy or side he can change position if needed! Make sure you don't have loose objects in the crib! My son is a side sleeper lol
